This dealership did a great job and handled things within a few days. I had already known I would need new brakes and I told them that but I still paid what they asked. I had the brakes and rotors done with my mechanic the day I picked up my new vehicle and that was all that needed to be done. I love my newer car!

My most recent experience at Biener was excellent. I went in for a simple inspection and address a recall. What I realized that I needed to replace the registration sticker also I asked Steve to take care of it for me and he jumped through hoops to make sure it was done. Greatly appreciated

My 2010 Ford Focus was in for what I assumed was a quick in and out NYS Inspection. Nope. Turns out my old car had a lot to fix to bring it up to passing. My service representative, Noah Reed, was gentle, fully versed in all the adjustments necessary and made sure I understood and agreed before signing the service agreement. My car needed parts and the promised ready date was exactly the one Mr. Reed told me. A special shoutout to this friendly, professional and dedicated representative who enhanced my experience.

Ian was easily the most kind, easy-going salesperson I’ve ever met in any industry. We loved dealing with him. The rest of the crew there seemed good too but IAN- you were awesome.

I bought my 2021 Mach e from you this past January. Subsequently the app indicated I should have the 12v battery checked out. Your service department installed a new battery. I was charged full price for this. Even though I bought the extended warranty. Staff explained that the battery is a wear and tear item not covered under the warranty. I dispute any wear and tear. Certainly no wear and tear done by me in three months of ownership. I was sold a car with a bad battery. When I bought the car I had reasonable expectation of a useful battery. This should be the responsibility of the seller. Obviously, what would prevent an unscrupulous seller from simply installing near-dead batteries in cars if the buyer can always be stuck with replacing it. I don't think Biener would do this or want such a reputation. Kindly review your records and at least only charge me for the $100 deductible and properly refund me the balance. Generally I have a fear of auto shopping however Amit at Biener Ford was very helpful and informative. No high pressure as he asked me where I would be comfortable at in payments and he got me there without any pressure or haggling. Took care of everything and all was ready for pick up as planned.
